Fully completed registration forms should be sent with bank receipt by September 30, 2008. Registration will be confirmed after receipt of the documents as mentioned above.
On spot registration can also be done at the conference secretariat which will be operating at the conference venue during the conference depending upon the availability of seats.

The registration fees include attendance for all scientific sessions, conference kit, certificate of attendance, tea/coffee during scientific sessions, breakfast, lunch and dinners.
Kindly note that the student delegates should send an official letter from their educational institute confirming the status along with the registration form.

Hotels
The list of hotels in Mohali and Chandigarh are given for the reference of the delegates. The delegates are advised to get in touch with the hotels of choice, on their own, and make reservations as required. This arrangement is solely at the judgment of the delegates and the organizing committee does not bear any responsibility. The delegates, who desire the organizing committee to make hotel reservation for their stay, should arrange to send an additional amount of Rs. 200/- as the handling charges for making the arrangement along with accommodation charges. In any case, such requests should not reach us later than August 18, 2008.
